Need a Google Account. Once you “Make a copy” the form will be in your Google Drive. You can rename the form if you want to. Click on the form and click on the PUBLISH button (purple button). Once it’s PUBLISHED, now hit PUBLISHED again and “Copy the Responder Link.” Put that link in your phone notes or send it to your email. This is the link that will allow you to complete the form and use to enter your details for each scholarship you find. DO NOT change anything else in the form.
To view your responses in spreadsheet format, go to “Responses”, then “Link to Sheets,” and then “Create a New Spreadsheet.” You will find all of the entries for all scholarships you’ve entered into your form in one convenient place.
